The Application Process

The process for completing the application is listed below:

 
  1. Create a new account
  2. Identify yourself as either a HERS Rater or builder/homeowner

For HERS Raters, please have the following information:

 
  1. Contact information for your organization
  2. RESNET IDs for you and your field staff
  3. HERS Provider information, including QA Designee contact information

For builders, please have the following information:

 
  1. Sales and Marketing contact
  2. Construction/purchasing contract
  3. Number of homes you’ll submit in 2023
